STATE OF MIND

   “Shutter Island” meets “A Perfect Murder” when a psychologist    is placed into an institution by her psycho-pharmacist husband.    She uncovers a far-reaching conspiracy where her husband    wants her dead, but no-one will believe her and time is running    out.
